The building addresses the urban context and presents itself as a new type of climate-adapted skyscraper. Its unique design incorporates energy-efficient features such as photovoltaic panels and flexible interiors that foster a sense of openness and interconnectedness with the surrounding city skyline.
In terms of urban planning, the tower´s stepped setbacks interact with the surroundings and offer attractive open spaces as well as visual connections to nearby roads. The façade reflects a resilient and adaptable scaffolding that accommodates photovoltaic panels, green spaces and public amenities and is distributed over its entire height. The use concept of the building follows a multifunctional approach with a balanced distribution between commercial and non-commercial spaces to meet diverse community needs.
The focus is on sustainability, with particular attention to environmental, social and economic aspects. The construction of the building prioritizes resource efficiency and low emissions by using a hybrid structure and green roofs to increase energy efficiency and reduce environmental impact. In addition, the design promotes social inclusion through many public spaces and flexible design, while at the same time finding cost-effective solutions for long-term maintenance and operation.
